Delivery
 
Expected delivery time is 2-7 business days depending on destination and stock (please refer to items unavailable) .Payment for goods on back order will be processed when the product is in stock and ready for shipment to you. If you order a sale item and you wish to return it or place it on back order the price point may change; Marie Elise will notify you to advise if you wish to re order this item at the non sale price as sale item reduced prices may all be sold out. If you order a faulty bag on sale and it is the last bag we can not re order this item for the same price, we can only offer a credit note, a refund or we can send it to our supplier to see if it is repairable. Estimated time of repair is only an estimate.
Marie Elise takes no responsibility for lost orders while in transit with Australia Post or any other postal service. Please note Australia's public holidays as there may be a delay with your order if it falls on or between a pubic holiday. All international enquires are referred to via email.
 
International Orders
 
USA ,UK and New Zealand customers can order on-line. All costs are in Australian currency only. All other International orders are to be requested via email. Marie Elise offer great deals and delivers many orders to overseas destinations.

  • By accepting standard delivery you are solely responsible for the delivery of your package but your package IS NOT traceable.

  • By accepting registered post an additional $2.75 is applied to your standard or express delivery charge. This provides up to $100 insurance and will require a signature at the receiver's address and IS traceable.

  • By accepting Express Platinum this is a premium service that gives you trackable service (tracks start of delivery and end delivery)

    • Guaranteed delivery by 12midday next business day to business addresses within the published network and by 5pm to other addresses within the published network, provided the satchel is correctly posted on a business day Monday to Friday.
    • Delivery by courier to the addressee's door, business address only.
    • Signature on delivery, the courier must obtain a signature as proof of delivery before completing delivery.
    • Track and trace helps you find out if an Express Post Platinum satchel has been delivered.
    • Proof of posting. If posted at a post office counter the tear off receipt flap on the satchel will be date stamped by the counter officer and given to you as a record of posting.
    • Guaranteed delivery by 12midday next business day to business addresses within the published network and by 5pm to other addresses within the published network, provided the satchel is correctly posted on a business day Monday to Friday.

Return

Marie Elise is proud of its products and quality and therefore Marie Elise does not refund due to change of mind, however, in accordance with the Fair Trading Act, Marie Elise will refund for the following reasons: goods are faulty, goods are unfit for their purpose, goods don't match the description, goods do not do all that you were told they do. Please Note: Jewellery designs may have variations to styles that incorporate vintage pieces and may not all be the same. Design and component variation is a feature of these pieces and considered part of their uniqueness.
If a refund is issued goods must be returned in original packaging, unused, tags still on and in original condition as received. Products can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns/exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE Marie Elise checks all items prior to despatch! (There is no point in sending out faulty goods to any of our customers and we take pride in this.) Our  team mission is simple "check all stock prior to sending".
If a an exchange or return has been agreed upon due to faulty goods Marie Elise must be advised as we will supply you with an RA Number.
Do not return any goods without our knowledge.
If a refund or exchange due to "change of mind" is agreed upon, goods must be returned within 10 business days. If an exchange or refund is not returned within 10 days the refund or exchange will not be provided. The refund/exchange will be void pass the 10 days of purchase date.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error.

Our carriers DO NOT process orders on the weekends or holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after 1pm Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Orders shipped via Next Day Air are delivered Monday through Friday only.

Although we cannot guarantee pre orders, we do our best to accommodate our customer's wishes.

Sale items are NON Refundable
 
 
IMPORTANT... The number one reason for returns is because the size of your product is either smaller or larger than customer expectations. Sometimes pictures do not accurately depict the size of a product, so please take a close look at the measurements of each piece. If you have any questions feel free to email  one of our representatives. We can always take many "extra" photos of the same bag or accessory for you.
 
Item Unavailable

As we process your order, we will notify you if any products are not available.
We endeavor to have stock available at all times, however, if you have ordered any out of stock items we will do one of the following: notify you when the item will be available, and if it is within 2 weeks, suggest we send it to you as soon as it arrives or credit your nominated bank account/credit card with the amount outstanding due to nil availability of item.
 
Shoes
 
If a shoe size does not fit, Marie Elise will gladly exchange the item for another size or, if size is unavailable, a credit will be provided. The credit will expire after six months from the date received. Shoes must be sent back within seven days MUST be accompanied with an RA Number or they will not be accepted. The shoes must come back as you had received them which is never worn and new! Marie Elise takes photos of stock prior to sending out.

Descriptions and images provided on this website or otherwise communicated to you are for guidance only. Colour in an image due to light may vary. Feel free to request more photos if required.
Acknowledgement of your order does not constitute an acceptance of it. If we accept the order we shall notify you of your acceptance via email.
Marie Elise reserves the right at its discretion to decline to accept any order and/or to supply products to any individual or company. If we decline to accept, or cancel an order for which we have received payment, we shall refund the payment, but shall have no further or other liabilities.

Pre - Orders
 
Marie Elise online store offers pre orders, you can order your favourite item in advance and save up for your favourite bag, shoes, belt or jewellery as you go!
This is a Fantastic OFFER as you can leave a deposit and pre oredr your item, the product will arrive between 6-8 weeks approx (note this is only an approx date as LATE delays may be expected) and this gives you time to save for what you wished for.
